Stopped in at Hillsboro Walmart Bakery to pick up a small cake for my sweeties' birthday . He enjoys their buttercream frosting. I decided it would be nice to have his name put on the top. Standing there at the counter, I was passed up by at least three employees. Two that were talking to each other, stocking bakery goods on the tables and shelves.
