Food is always fresh but the main reason for leaving a review is bc of the refusal to make cheesy cheddar burgers. It is the only thing I like to order from Wendy's bc of the price. Other locations nearby have told me all locations have this and that if they dont want to make it its bc they are lazy or dont want to do it. Today i had to order a baconator fry with the cheese sauce on the side with 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers just to get that cheese sauce they wouldn't sell it to me on the side or anything its like I mentioned the burgers and I instantly got blackballed🤣🤣 the lady at the speaker had a whole attitude in her tone just bc I asked for something I wanted please respond or ill just leave another review my next visit also didn't get my receipt IMAGINE THAT

Every time I go to this store they mess up my food. I ordered a bacon baconnator tonight a $7+ dollar sandwich and got a junior bacon cheese burger a $3 much smaller burger. And any time I call to try to get an issue correct the phone goes unanswered!! I work in food service myself and I understand that people make mistake but I can never get them corrected because no one will answer. Think this is the last time I spend my hard earned money here.

I've been eating at Wendy's for 50+ years and at this location for about 40 years. They remodeled a few years ago. Since I discovered the Son of Baconator a year ago, l haven't gone back to the Singles and Doubles I ate the first 50 years. Yum!

They would not let us get free frosted with our keychain, it may be policy but I’ve been to at least a dozen Wendy’s in multiple states that allow you to get the tiny free frosty with the keychain with no separate purchase. It’s about customer retention. The staff was extremely negative and did not even say thank you have a nice day once they realized we weren’t going to get anything. This is not my only instance with this Wendy’s and I’d say even the managers are a piece of work who seem to have no social skills nor the patience needed to work a cs job. If I was corporate, I’d shut it down or bring in a regional manager to retrain. Also not every burger but a decent amount that I’ve had are pink in the middle, and the place seems to be infested with flies, it’s just a health disaster waiting to happen.
I ordered three son of baconators plain as no ketchup and no Mayo..well they had ketchup and Mayo so I go back and get fresh ones only for them to leave off the cheese
So sick of this establishment not knowing how to make an order correctly. Thanks for killing Wendy’s for me

Someone spit in my families tea I would assume to try to get someone sick? Or just because they thought it would be funny. Green spit. Someone needs to pull the camera. My family did absolutely nothing for them to do this and wasn’t a complicated order or anything of that nature. Would give 0 stars if I could because they don’t want to answer their phone.
