I give this location a 4 out of 5 compared to others. I'm not a huge fan of Wendy's to begin with, but this location has far better service than most fast food places. However, I have to deduct a star because I'm a huge fan of lettuce wrapped sandwiches, I really love the freshness & crunch... this location simply can't figure it out. I've asked for lettuce wrapped three separate times, each time I receive the standard burger or chicken sandwich without a bun. Just the ONE piece of lettuce.
5 for fast food. Always a good atmosphere, fast friendly service, and an amazing BACONATOR

I got a couple of the stackers for $8 plus and I was so disappointed. Should have went to mcdonalds or burger king

Keeps forgetting my sauce when it shows it on the screen and receipt
I usually never leave a bad review. But we ordered on the app at 10:18 am for breakfast. On the app it says you have to check in at 10:30 am to get your breakfast order. We arrived in to Wendy’s at 10:26 to pick up our food. We waited until 10:30 to check in as there was someone in front of us ordering BREAKFAST. While the person taking orders told us to give her a second, she then proceeded to come out and flip all the signs over to lunch. We still checked in AT 10:30. She told us to pull up to the window and then proceeds to tell us that she doesn’t have any eggs to put on our sandwich’s. She just handed out a large breakfast order to the people in front of us. Again I usually never write reviews but this was ridiculous and you could tell that the lady taking our order was trying to make up something as to why she couldn’t give us our food. This was a disappointing experience and I do not plan on returning to this Wendy’s for a good while.

When someone pays for a food item it’s probably important to actually put all those paid for items in the bag before handing it out the window. I am not one to be in the habit of paying for an item from a multi million dollar corporation and then not receiving the item I paid for. That is theft of MY money. I do not care how busy your restaurant is there is no excuse. It isn’t that hard to put things in a bag as you read each item on an order down the line. I can’t imagine if I were working on your teeth and just left out an entire part of the process and felt like ohh well that’s good enough for who it’s for. Do better… train your employees better.

Very cold food took awhile sitting in drive through for a mobile order. Literally the order was cold and there was a long hair in my burger. They offered to remake it but no refund so I took a $20 loss.

Most Ridiculous restaurant ever!! Go in to get 5 for 5 cookies (as advertised) and at 530 pm they have 2 cookies in the place with no plans to make more WHAT!! Who is in charge of this place cause as an owner that is unacceptable.Didnt appear to be understaffed maybe just lazy workers ,not sure. Well you cost your owners a sale today and many future sales. I'll go to Mt Orab instead.

The tables hadn't been wiped clean. The men's room toilet hadn't been cleaned for probably a week. No toilet paper and empty paper towel machine. This place is GROSS!
