As others have stated: customer service is lacking, the selection is slim, & not using gloves or a piece of paper to grab items is gross. The fruit filled pastries, stale & chewy. The macarons (the employee couldn't tell me the flavors) were weird. Not like a macaron at all. It's just a sandwich cookie. No flavor in the blueberry or strawberry (I'm guessing the flavors). I came in on Sunday, yes it was near closing but the chairs were up, floors & counters wet, & the employees looked miserable. Never again.

**Response to owner** I am basing the 3 stars off mediocre baked goods and your employee's ability to put the correct ordered items into a box. I acknowledge Doordash prices are not the same as in-store and they can be much higher, as they should be. I have no problem with that. It was simply order accuracy. My issue with price is in-store and for everything other than the donuts, as stated. Like I would pay double the price for the donuts... easy. Your sugar cookies... you couldn't pay me to eat them. Your store is beautiful though :)

As others have stated, the young people that work at this bakery have abysmal customer service skills. No one greets customers and not a single time I’ve been here has any of them been pleasant. It’s as if they despise customers for simply appearing and thereby forcing them to do their jobs. I would be embarrassed if my kid behaved like them and represented a business in this manner.
The donuts and cookies are great, fantastic even, but no amount of baking talent makes up for unprofessional and miserable employees.

The very best long John's I've ever had. They also had cream I'm them, not your average cream field. Simply the best!! I always make a stop here when I come to Ohio, from Indiana. Nice little place to sit out side to.

I didn't get what I ordered. The apple fritter I got was about half the size of the last one I got. The service was good considering a car was broke down in the drive thru
