Literally was going through one of the hardest times of my life and between the bartenders to cooks they all welcomed me with open arms and been nothing besides a vessel of love that had a ear to listen and a heart to care. You can clearly see that the people who work here are all very genuine, authentic, caring people. I don’t drink much but even with that being said the food and entertainment that they offer is the best compared to local places near by. “Short version: You can’t beat good family style cooking and the prices here bring you back in time when you could eat out and have a good meal everyday at a reasonable price.

Ohh and they had cute homemade jelly’s.

Stopped by for lunch after a morning at the range, and I wish I lived around the area to come more frequently.

Service was attentive, friendly, and quick. And the waitresses fav dish there was biscuits and gravy.

So, of course had to try the chicken fried steak. The gravy did not disappoint. Creamy, thick, and not too much salt, over crunchy and nicely cooked CFS.

Couldn’t resist also trying the Chopped steak (hamburger steak) with grilled onions, hash browns and 2 eggs for lunch, all smothered in brown gravy! Exactly as you would want them to be.

And naturally, a side of the corned beef hash. I was glad they were exactly as I liked them, NOT big chunks of potatoes and meat, and fried enough the outside was crunchy!

Other were vegetarian, so they got the onion rings, fried zucchini, salad, etc.

Will be adding this place to my “eat here when here” list.”

The owner Ryan couldn't be more hospitable and welcoming. He'll great you with an ice-cold beer pulled from the back of the beer cooler (cause that's where the really cold ones are). The selection of beverages is staggering considering the unassuming nature of this roadside oasis that boasts a driving range and plenty of indoor activities to keep you busy and working up a thirst.Upon visiting the bar, you'll be captivated by Ryan's stories and musings about life, current events, his personal observations, or just about any other topic imagined and some not. He alone is worth the price of admission and then some.You might meet Bently. Or Sasha. Or both. At the same time.So, if you're like me, and you've passed by Mulligans Pub and said quietly to yourself, 'I gotta stop in there one of these days to check it out', and kept driving.....don't. Don't be like me. It brings me a great deal of sadness to think of all I've missed by driving by. Stories untold. Stories I could have been a part of.The only saving grace is that I probably look a little younger having avoided this place for so long. On account of all the laugh lines I would have if I was a regular.Yes, Mulligans Pub gets 5 stars from me. But ONLY because 5 stars is the highest score I'm allowed to give. Cause if it was zero to a kajillion....I would give it a kajillion. And then I would write Google a handwritten letter on my personal stationary to petition raising the amount of stars you are allowed to give to whatever is more than a kajillion. Parking: The gravel parking lot is plentiful, welcoming and almost magical in its ability to usher you in to the wonder of Mulligans Pub. In fact, it's kinda like walking through the line at an awesome ride at Disney World.”
