The coffee and treats are delicious and they get through a pretty long line fast! The people are always fun and full of energy. Love my morning Biggby!

I ordered the honey, cinnamon and vanilla latte. It did not taste like any of them. It tasted like bitter coffee. Not good.

Me and my friend came out here for her birthday to get their strawberry red bull drink. We last minute had our server add boba to it and it was soooo enjoyable! She was really chill about it and got us taken care of very quickly. 😊

Biggby Coffee is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers looking for a cozy and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who clearly take pride in their work.The menu at Biggby Coffee is extensive, offering a wide variety of drinks to suit every taste. Whether you're in the mood for a classic latte, a refreshing iced coffee, or one of their creative seasonal specialties, Biggby has you covered. I tried their signature Caramel Marvel, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and perfectly sweetened.

This BIGGBY is one of my all time favorites to go to because of the staff. On 4/21/2024 (I am so sorry I cannot remember the staff’s names), they were so kind and happy. I got my 12/12 coffees to get my reward for next time, and we jokingly asked if there was confetti for a big moment like this, and next thing we knew, the staff came to the window with make shift confetti to celebrate. Really brought a smile to our faces and started our day off right. Thank you guys for being amazing!

It's better than Starbucks coffee any day and you don't have to wait an hour in line the paid such high prices

The customer service was out of this world unbelievable. Top notch.
Whoever is the manager there, should be considered for a promotion to some sort of traveling corporate trainer.

I’ve been to a lot of Biggby coffees for years now & this one in Holland I have been to twice now, my experience second time around was Horrible, I ordered snow mint Hot & I got cold coffee & it surely didn’t taste like snow mint! Disappointed 😔 with this

I got med peppermint hot chocolate, and Brian got an LG butter bear hot coffee. Both were very delicious.

Tried to go through the line at the Holland Biggby to order some coffee. The website states that it’s open till 8 o’clock and the sign outside still stated it was open, we tried to go through at 6 o’clock. A worker pokes her head out the window and says “we’re closed”, poor Customer Service right there! How about you turn the light off first if you are going to close early!!!
