Im so sick of this location. Ordering here is a gamble.. 50/50 chance of getting what you actually paid for. Mind you the pic I included is supposed to be double protein.. extra veggies & light sour cream & there was no silverware included in the bag

All garbage cans overflowing, ice overflowing and while we were dining in atleast 3 employees took breaks and ignored the Mess, just terrible mess!!

WARNING: norovirus/food poisoning

I never eat chipotle anymore due to them being scarce on protein portion, but I needed food fast / a healthier option. I found out they had a new double protein bowl and ordered it. As soon as I finished eating I immediately got horrible stomach knots, ran to the bathroom. This was at 1pm, it’s now 10 pm and my stomach is still cramping, I have nausea and a headache. As someone who used to work in the food industry, not cool, chipotle! I know you guys are fast pace but nothing should be above cleanliness

Pretty much every time I get anything from here it is missing ingredients and incorrect orders. It is not only this location I have problems at, every chipotle in the area has the exact same problems.

Love Chipotle but consistently have issues with this one location. Always seem to be out of a certain item or ingredient. This last time when I did an online order they tried to just give me the food with it made wrong instead of being upfront about what they were missing. Almost always a bad experience at this location.

They give very skimpy portions here compared to every other location in the area. They put only a few grains of rice on a tortilla and expected me not to say anything. Even the baby was still hungry. I asked if I could have a lime, and they said the limes were not washed. That shows the extent to which the employees are willing to go to please the customer. One of the employees is very impatient and needs customer service training—or should not have contact with customers.

The Short blonde girl that was working Nov 25 @130 pm was the fastest, most accurate and most pleasant worker I’ve ever seen at the place. Food is always good.
