Not only the dirtiest chipotle we have ever been in but the slowest. There was one lady working the line — doing her best but come on. We saw four other people working in the back. I’m not sure if they were filling online orders or what but the line was almost to the door. Never has ordering our chipotle taken 30 minutes.

As someone who loves chipotle, I couldnt be more disappointed with the meal my family and I received. First of all, the burrito we ordered was half the size they usually are. With the price they are thats a little ridiculous. I also got a bowl, the romaine is pretty much all on stems still. We ordered 2 Large bags of chips and one small, the two large chips were as full as the regular size, just labeled large. Food took forever, customer service is close to not even the bare minimum. This location is slowly dwindling.

The food is always amazing. For anyone who goes next, ask for their secret menu item, the quesarito. Much better than when Taco Bell had the quesarito. In my opinion, good food for a better value.

1st, there was Styrofoam blowing in and the workers ignored this and it got on people. 2nd. My order was messed up, marked wrong and our burritos, had a combination of meat and chicken and was to one chicken and one meat, and Nicolle when we went up to ask for a new one, and we didn't eat ours., essentially say that's what you got! This Chipotle on Airport Needs to have a new manager!

Its just after 1 pm and there is one guy working the line for in store. The line has filled up and i waited for 15 min to place my order. Lunch breaks are short. This place needs more staffing for lunch.

They intentiolly don't give you a reciept to save their petty ass company from having to give you free food. I've come here countless times and there's always some bullshit reason for why hey can't give you one.

Just skip this location all together!! The young woman was polite when I arrived to pick up my order, but then when I got home the order was wrong. I tried to call, but there’s an automated recording that tries to “help” yet it does no such thing because you never get to speak to anybody from said establishment you were just at. Mistakes happen, but how it’s it acceptable if you can’t even speak to anybody to fix the problem. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here at this location. It’s typically a mess and it seems that the employees don’t really take their job seriously. A word of advise…when you bag an order try not to set it in all of the food and sauce scraps that are on the counter. The customer that is “paying” for this service doesn’t need a mess in their vehicle as well.
