Don't order pick-up. Twice now, the 4 bowls we got had significantly smaller portions, the worst pieces of meat, and missing toppings. Kinda seems like they do that on purpose because you're not there watching them.

If an inspector walked into this place he would have it shut down within 2 seconds. The place was a mess. Food all over, legit nothing was clean, rice everywhere, counter an absolute disaster, ice over flowing, trash disgusting. Do better chipotle, I love your food but it’s getting hard to come back with this poor service.

The service at this Chipotle was very slow. There were 3 people ahead of me in line. After 10 minutes of the line not moving the couple ahead of me left. I still waited another 10 minutes before ordering. Trash cans were overflowing and the restaurant was not very clean.

Was coming here, consistently for weeks for work for lunch, today I was in maumee and the experience is 1000 times better, maumee doesn’t skimp on portion, what I mean by this is I don’t have to ask for an extra scoop of anything.
The staff at this location, always seems grumpy, and the store is usually disheveled when I’m in there.
Maumee on the other hand super clean people, smiling when I walk in all the Tabasco‘s are stocked and the best part is the portions I feel like I get what I pay for at maumee versus this location

Ordered 4 meals the (2) veggie meals had items I didn’t order in it and missing the items I did order. The burrito wasn’t fully wrapped like how is it possible to not use a full sheet of foil to wrap the burrito. The food we were able to eat was so bland. This has to be the worse experience I’ve had by far from a restaurant. You’d think being in Holland the experience would be at very least decent.
