This store shouldn't receive any stars....This store has went down hill. Are kids running the place now? I placed my order on the app for pick up. My son who is a teenager ran inside to grab it. He was inside way to long. I ended up going in to see what was going on. He told me he asked the girl but she walked back and never came back. I waited to speak to the cashier after she was helping to cash out her customers. I told her we had a pick up that been 15 mins late now. She went back and surely enough it was sitting there. I asked her if my order was sitting back there this whole time. She stated they had to bag it. Got home and our food was gross. My son who loves Chipotle said that was the worst meal he has ever got there. Definitely won't be back till something changes. $30 for two burrito bowls is not worth for the garbage we got. The eating area was extremely gross. Wouldn't want to sit down and eat my food in filth.

This place is so dirty that it's disgusting, how can anyone even feel safe eating anything in a place so dirty. The counters were dirty, the doors under the fountain machine and the whole fountain area was dirty and sticky, the floors throughout the store had food on then everywhere and looked like it hadn't been swept for days. Trash and napkins throughout the store and in the entryway.

Waited in line for over 35 min while the kids that was working was just laughing and playing. I end up getting this and my steak ? was still bleeding everywhere. The manager was on her phone kept saying she had to talk to her kids this is just unacceptable. They need a whole new staff

I was happy to hear that Chipotle would be open till 11pm because sometimes I like to get food later in the day. However, we got there at 10:40 to get our pickup order off the app, and the door was locked. Not only that, but four of the employees looked at me and did not come to the door. Not until a fifth employee came out and finally let me in to pickup my order. This place used to have great service, but lately it’s been worse than most McDonalds.

Hey NEVER have any spoons and their team members can’t properly Teach portions control!! Example: whenever they get new people in they never make bowls or burritos correctly they always come out super small. I’ve come here for over 3yrs and they only have issues when hiring new people!!

Always a favorite! Tons of calories and protein, which makes it my go to post-workout meal. Options for everyone's taste. They make the food in front of you to your specifications. They always wear gloves and keep their stations clean.A few of the workers have made me laugh and they are always pleasant.My order us as follows, in case you'd like a recommendation: bowl with chicken, black beans, mild salsa, corn, cheese, sour cream, occasionally quacamole.Dietary restrictions: They change their gloves and open their next container so nothing is contaminated. Really appreciate their dietary restrictions awareness.

I gave 3 stars because I usually am satisfied with Chipotle. There's been a few times they have disappointed and today has been one. The white rice had so much lime juice in it was super sour and I couldn't eat it. I tried scooping out the rice but that was hard. Wasted my money today.

Food and everything is good here. My only gripe is when they run out of chips & guac... Also there's a worker here with an owl tattoo on her left arm. She's probably the rudest worker you guys have. Other than that I come here at least twice a month.
