Food is normally good but your "manager" is the worst. All she does is complain about her workers, loudly, and complain about how much she wishes she wasn't working. Used to go all the time but now I'd rather avoid it.

I order a bowl 3-5 times a week before work for a solid year. I ordered a bowl and picked it up before work one day and it was really HALF a bowl. I didn't have time to return it and when I reported it to the manager they treated my like I was a criminal trying to get over on them- I make over 80k a year. This was 9 years ago and I haven't been back since. I will continue to eat elsewhere and call in special orders every-so-often that I know I'm not going to pick up until my bowl is replaced.

I don’t know what has happened to this location or company. The quality of food is just poor for the price. My chicken burrito had literally crumbled up burnt dark chicken on it idk what that was. It was awful. My fajita veggies were nothing but red onions. I had soooooo much red onions on that burrito that’s all i could taste. I ordered and paid extra for guacamole,of course it was a teaspoon amt. I promise you hot heads that was the worst burrito of my life. I would just cook at home. I would rather Taco Bell. I would give anything if qudobe was around here. Today the food was disgusting honestly. I think that’s it for me and hot heads.

The manager I believe (tall African American woman) is BEYOND rude every single time I have been in this store. she is yelling at people and not just telling them what to but belittling them completely. Her tone is horrible and I have no clue why a business would hire someone and allow them to manage there store that acts like they have ZERO customer service experience. She rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs, and act like you are bothering her when you ask for absolutely anything. She doesn’t have to work fast food if she doesn't want to. I’m sure it is because you can get no help but cmon now. I know I am not the only customer that feels uncomfortable coming in when she is working. I will from now on drive to perrysburg because it is disgusting behavior. Even my young daughter said something about it and she’s 9. If she can see it why are you as a company not able to?
I pulled in at hothead and 2 girls that work there came out of door and instead of waiting for me to park they walked very slowly to make me wait. And looked at me and found humor in mak8nf me wait. Their names were laura and Chloe I believe. Very frustrating after a long day at work. Not professional at all.However. I did go ahead and go in and as always food was very good and treated very nicely after I got in there I believe his name zach and 2 others that night. So thank to the crew inside. Outside girls leaving shame on you. Rude

This location is terrible there food made me deathly sick vomiting and had watery diarrhea as well all night long I called the store the manager was rude and acted like it was no big deal and he hung up up on me ! I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER HOT HEADS IN MY LIFE ITS OVERRATED AND ITS HONESTLY JUST A KNOCK OFF CHIPOTLE ! Hot heads is gross and they don’t have any food safety skills eat at your own risk!!
