Love the wings and love the really hot options they have available. Rarely am I disappointed, on occasion they might forget an extra sauce I order but that stuff happens everywhere and isn't enough to knock off a star for.

Don't recommend the lemon pepper wings, drowned in so much table top pepper I couldn't eat them.

My fiancé and I ordered two meals tonight, we order It’s Just Wings at least twice a month at least. This time made us not want to order anymore, we got two 8 piece wings with a combo and some extra sauces. The wings tasted beyond burnt and stale, our fries were essentially raw, and none of the sauces were correct. This experience made me not want to order from there again, as all of our food was inedible and we paid almost $50. Definitely a frustrating experience.

New to the area, unsure why these guys have lower ratings. I'd like to help improve that as I was 99.99% satisfied with my meal. The only thing I would have changed or if there's a way to suggest (it's possible I missed it), but I would have liked to select a well done/extra crispy preference. Otherwise, the portion of fries = Love. The taste of the wings = Perfect. Great job! :-)

I would love to give y'all a zero star. Literally ordered 4 different combos of chicken and they are not done. I almost threw up biting in to one. They damn near still.frozen

Stopped here on the way home from a road trip vacation. Of course its like all Chili's but server was especially pleasant considering there were only two working and the place was pretty busy. Lots of food, more than we could eat and all good.

Great fries, awesome large boneless wings compared to other places. Definitely my new wing place.
I sat by myself at the bar and ordeed the Caribbean chicken salad. The salad was good after I asked for extra dressing because it was very dry. The bartender was friendly but not very attentive it took a very long time to put my order in and get my glass of wine also was charged for extra dressing even though I said the salad was dry and it needed more. When it was finally time to pay the bartender couldn’t make eye contact and didn’t care about me anymore. But did he ever?
