Hours are not accurate. Came late at night wanting a sub and everything was closed, even though JJ website and maps said it should be open. You'd think they'd at least have accurate hours on their own website.

They are fast and friendly. The prices are a bit high but are worth it in my opinion. It's better than any cold sandwich place out there. Walk-in is best.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub.
Parking: There are a few spots to park, not many. However, they have a drive-through window to make up for the lack of parking.

Love the staff at this location. Super kind people and very good at what they do! I work near this JJ location, never have had an issue with pickups or deliveries. We see this location’s staff often at my own workplace; employees that come in are always super fun to talk to during visits to us, and when we go to JJ, they really take care of us in return. Awful. We had to pick it up because even though the app allowed us to order delivery, they had no delivery driver. We picked the food up but they would not refund the delivery or tip for the delivery driver. Neither sub contained the customizations selected on the app. The pickle had leaked onto everything else in the bag. The pasta was only about 1/4 full if that, was warm, and tasted different than normal.

I ordered a beach club cut in half with extra onions. I also ordered a fudge brownie.I received a plain sandwich with onions and a triple chocolate cookie. Sandwich not cut in half (kicking me while I’m down here).Pretty hard to mess this up and yet, they somehow found a way to do it. Nice work!The rub here is that JJs has no customer service through the app and you aren’t able to get a refund for this type of incompetence.Why am I footing the bill for your employee mistakes? That doesn’t seem right to me.Make it right Jimmy Johns on Airport and contact me/refund me asap.

The little John is now half the width it used to be and (with tax) is literally double the price is was 2 years ago. Last time I'll ever go to one of these shops - the food was never that good anyway.

This jimmy John’s makes fast delicious sandwiches and they ask what would you prefer instead of just throwing it together and out you go . They make sure you’re satisfied only one thing they added vinegar but not much otherwise it would have ruined the whole sandwich and I will return. I took a couple of bites and tasted the vinegar but it was still delicious

Food was fast, tasted ok and small. For the same price you can go to one of their rivals and get almost twice as much food. The only advantage this company has is speed. You WILL get your sandwich faster than any of their rivals whether it's pickup, delivery or dine in.
