Ordered through the drive thru and got my order to work and found 1 slice of meat on both sandwiches, for 12 dollars per meal very disappointed i have picture that wont upload from phone

I have a dairy allergy, and I came in specifically asking for a sandwich with no cheese, in fact the person who made my sandwich had remembered my husband and mentioned he remembered we had gotten dairy free sandwiches, and made more than one comment about it then put cheese on my sandwich, don’t come here if you have allergies

please update your hours- came at 9:30 and the doors were locked. the 2 workers stared at me as i parked and then pretended they didn’t hear me or see me trying to open the door. they could’ve just said they were closed 😕
EDIT: i’m sorry! long story short, a bad day ended with me going to the wrong Jimmy John’s location and being confused. i thought the Ford St. location was this one (truly just a lack of paying attention) and they do in fact close at 9. sorry Jimmy 😔

I prefer Marcos subs and feel Jimmy John's is over priced. The employees are nice and my order was ready upon arrival. However, My heart is still with Marcos.

i don’t know who exactly made my sandwich today but it cheered me up after a long day at work that’s how good it was. everyone always seems really nice working there and the past two sandwiches i’ve gotten from this location this month have been just perfect :) i hope this consistency stays

Ordered roast beef and cheddar only and roast beef and cheddar with lettuce tomato seasoning sauce and was dripping through the wrapper. Returned the sandwich and got one that was that had the bread burnt and so crisp I couldn’t eat it

Food is as expected, but service only makes it to the Low Bar. Last 4 times I have been there the Coke is FLAT and the customer service and attention is hard to find
After visiting this location I'll never eat Jimmy John's. I took one bite of my sandwich and it was so bad. My son's Italian was made so sloppy half the sandwhich was lettuce.The staff obviously did not care when I told them I took a bite and have to throw it away...maybe I should have ordred it toasted but lesson learned check this place off my list.

My order has been wrong almost every time I've gone there. Yet again they forgot parts of my order, and didn't follow directions. One sandwich was also pathetically empty of any filling, and of course there's no easy way to complian about this to them, other than to drive all the way back and yell at an employee who couldn't be bothered to do their job right in the first place.

Hours are not accurate. Came late at night wanting a sub and everything was closed, even though JJ website and maps said it should be open. You'd think they'd at least have accurate hours on their own website.
