I ordered a beach club cut in half with extra onions. I also ordered a fudge brownie.I received a plain sandwich with onions and a triple chocolate cookie. Sandwich not cut in half (kicking me while I’m down here).Pretty hard to mess this up and yet, they somehow found a way to do it. Nice work!The rub here is that JJs has no customer service through the app and you aren’t able to get a refund for this type of incompetence.Why am I footing the bill for your employee mistakes? That doesn’t seem right to me.Make it right Jimmy Johns on Airport and contact me/refund me asap.

The little John is now half the width it used to be and (with tax) is literally double the price is was 2 years ago. Last time I'll ever go to one of these shops - the food was never that good anyway.Vegetarian options: There aren't any if you don't want a straight-up cheese sandwich

Store is almost NEVER opened on time. Been here three times in the past 5 months ordered in store the first time, then order ahead pickup twice. EVERYTIME they haven't been opened 10:00amWalked up to the door which was locked, then back to my car. I then called them to see if they would answer and if they were open, the lady was rude claiming they have been opened since 10:00am, which clearly wasn't true. Overall experience here has been a strikeout!

Food was fast, tasted ok and small. For the same price you can go to one of their rivals and get almost twice as much food. The only advantage this company has is speed. You WILL get your sandwich faster than any of their rivals whether it's pickup, delivery or dine in.

Walked in yesterday and ordered a #7. People were friendly and had smiles on their faces. The sub was really good, bread was perfect and not sure if the person making my sub was the manager, but super polite. Will be back!

First time ever having JJs. My sub was good but the JJs chips are ehhh and im not to sure how long their cookies have been sitting there, but mine was definitely old and stale. If there was a JJs and Subway right next to eachother, id go to subway bc of the sub topping options, different chips, and the made fresh daily cookies. I however do want to go back and try the Gargantuan sub. The workers were very pleasant

The worst Jimmy John's I have ever had. The bread on our sandwiches was multiple days old. So dry it crumbled when squeezed.

Every time you go to Jimmy John's on Airport they are always out of something that is part of any sub you purchase. Always an excuse that something went wrong with the Supplier. Sounds more like a management issue, need to be on top of your inventory if you want to stay open. No sense in going there if you can't get what you want. Today's society is just lazy. No accountability.

If I could give zero stars I would! Sat in the drive-through line for 30 minutes and had to leave without even getting my food because they were so slow.
