Went to this location. To get food. Calls my order in. Said it would be ready in a 1/2 an hour. I take a little extra time just to make sure it's ready. And come to my surprise, it's not done for the 3rd time this month. I asked to speak to a manager. He looks back and shrugs his shoulders. And At the register. Said they had to remake my pizza and I had to wait another twenty minutes Said they had to remake my pizza and I had to wait another 20 minutes. We need to drop the ball on this one Little Caesars. Would love to speak to AG. M. But we're probably getting nowhere. This place does not need to be run by teenagers. And if you're over 18, please take your job seriously, it's making pizza also called on 4/19 to speak to another Manger to get mistreated over the phone won't be going here again toxic ppl at this grow tf up

I went to get a grab & Go and I was told I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes then the manager said to me you could have ordered it earlier. I said that's why they call it grab n go. I haven't gotten pizza from there in years. I don't work down the street any more. But I never received this service before and it was the same person. If I go to Little Caesars I only do there grab n go. Maybe he was having an off day. Next time I'll do what I normally do just eat pizza at Sam's but the pepperoni was sold out.

I ordered for delivery (for a reason) and received food that was not done (none of it) and soaked in garlic oil (that I called and asked for very light oil) I then called and asked for a manager and they said that they would give me a credit for the store. I couldn’t get a credit back to my card unless I brought it in. I had it delivered for a reason!

Ordered a two topping pizza. Barely any bacon on it.
On Feb 10, 2024 I picked up my phoned in order of a large pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. When I got home, the pizza had no pepperoni and only a few pieces of mushrooms. I called and told the manager. He said they were on a new system. Apparently they have no quality control because no person would box a pizza with only cheese and very fee mushrooms and no pepperoni. It wasn’t feasible to spend another 25 minutes to return and exchange the pizza. The mgr could have offered a correct pizza the next visit. He did not.They have lost a long time customer as I will not be returning. The time was 6:30pm.

Dinner time on a Wednesday. Nothing hot n ready. Zero. Be 20 tp 25 minutes the guy said. That's the point I thought, to grab and go. Guess this is why I stopped trying little Ceasars subpar pizza. The workers were obvi too busy gossiping about whatever they were chatting about than making pizzas.
