Food was better than most lil Caesars. My kids loved the fantastic 4 pizza. Service was subpar. Had to ask 3 times for my marinara sauce for my crazy combo. Atmosphere seemed like every person in there hated their lives though.

I went to get a grab & Go and I was told I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes then the manager said to me you could have ordered it earlier. I said that's why they call it grab n go. I haven't gotten pizza from there in years. I don't work down the street any more. But I never received this service before and it was the same person. If I go to Little Caesars I only do there grab n go. Maybe he was having an off day. Next time I'll do what I normally do just...

Order ahead. Use the pizza portal. Nothing is ever "hot n ready" you will be waiting if you walk in.Food is on par for what it should be. Obviously if you wanted quality, you wouldn't be getting Little Caesars. But it is above average for one of em. And always hit... Because it was just made, 20 minutes late.
