This location is solid. I like teriyaki chicken and super greens. While some locations run out of greens or limit availability after the evening rush, these folks make them up quick, so I favor this location. Clean dining area and bathrooms, and the staff are working hard to get the food out fast.
I'm not one to write reviews, but honestly, something needs to be done about Panda Express's Pick-Up experience. This is now the 3rd time I've placed a pick-up order, walked straight to the pick-up counter, can SEE my food ready on the back counter, and had the lady on the counter blatantly ignore my existence and help every customer that walks up to place an order before me. Isn't the point of a pick-up service so you can order your food ahead of time and grab it to go when you arrive? It takes all of 7 seconds for them to grab the food and hand it to you. But instead I've waited 7-16 minutes extra each time (yes, I timed it) for my food to be handed to me. Why even have a pick-up counter if you're not going to service customers there? Do better Panda Express, please.

Every time, it seems the food portions are getting smaller and smaller. Management is not very good. There are always dirty or closed tables for one reason or another.
Ordered through a delivery app. The delivery portion was just fine, but the actual food items we received weren't correct -- for both of the medium a la cart items we ordered we received smalls instead (receipt confirms we paid for medium), and one of the mains in the plate we received was either a new item that we didn't order (and isn't listed on the menu yet) or they made a batch of the Beijing beef incorrectly. The teriyaki chicken in the plate was also mostly gristle.
Maybe they're okay if you go in-person so you can watch them and make sure they're doing things correctly.
