I’ll be completely honest, I’ve never eaten inside the restaurant and I’ve always done pickup orders through the app. However it’s always on time, The food is always amazing and the staff have always been really friendly. Typically I get the 1/2 Chow Mein, 1/2 Fried Rice with the Orange Chicken as the main dish. And I’ve never had a bad side of Egg Rolls. Please bring back the Cinnamon Stick Egg Rolls!

They’re misleading their customers to farm corporate reviews. They half chalk board that days “join our community. *take a survey on your recipe and get” then theres photos of a rice box and a bunch of craft drinks and it says “1 free entree,” the proceeds to list every other flcraft drink. It leads anyone to assume if they jump thru that hoop you’ll get one of those.
Once you’re done, they email you a coupon for an extra entree IF you BUY two entrees.
So no drink as a choice and that isnt free btw. That’s a buy 2 get one promotion. The employee that walked over to the board with me had no idea why it says what is says ans couldnt give me the drink I was advertised. Morally wrong, shady business practice. But hey, at least corporate thinks y’all are doing good and making your customers happy, right? Cuz you already got your review.
Edited to add: just now home to heat up my food and realized they put scoops of rice underneath the two small sides of meet to make them look bigger. The two meets I picked were running low and they ushered me down to the register to pay so I didn’t get to see them make my food. They filled all theres slots of the container with rice and then sprinkled the meat on top in the two corners so they LOOK fall but actually aren’t. The plate was actually less meat than the bowl.
What a bunch of scammers at this location, geeze 😔 almost 30 dollars for 2 people to eat mostly rice for dinner.

I frequent here because it’s a quick meal for my son but this last time was bad. I ordered the broccoli and beef cub meal and there was barely beef and a lot of broccoli. Not a good meal.

Rice tasted odd, not normal for Panda; almost like dry overdone. Cashier was the same person that made plate, thought they were separate people to avoid cross contamination w cash vs food prep. Overall not bad experience but not great, last booth also had leftover food on it

Picked up lunch, earlier today, and it was great! But... the service was amazing! Lily walked us through everything, and when she asked if we were veterans and we said yes, she gave us a discount!!! Everyone there is great, but Lily is the best!!!!

Visited this store with my family earlier last week & my experience was horrible will never be back to this location none of the food was ready for my family meal I waited 35 minutes for broccoli beef Someone walked up to my car I believe an employee in red & black demanding they park my car for valet when I immediately told the guy no thank you he hysterically walked away shouting at me continuing to take out trash never again after we received our food the same guy chased down my car

Alright, the food wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad . The chicken was pretty good me and my family enjoyed it. My fiance liked the honey walnut shrimp. Now the noodles were ass and dryer than my clean socks I had to ask for sauce to improve them. They look better than they taste. I’m sure them noodles were sitting there longer than my grandma in her favorite chair. Happy Mother’s Day!!

They have bowls, plates, side dishes and more. If you get a plate you can choose 1 side and 2 entrees. Lots of choices. Going through the drive thru was fairly quick. The food was warm and they had multiple types of sauces to pick from. There are 4 side dish choices as well.
Came into the Drive Thru at 9pm and was told to hold on. When she returned the attitude of the woman was highly unprofessional especially at her age. And the way she shoved my food out the window was completely unacceptable and disappointed as well as disturbing I will NOT ever come to that location
