I would give it negative if I could. I had to pay with cash and the ady at the front had a horrible attitude and refused to take our order stating she had to slowly pack away 50 loaves of bread. Complained she smelled natural gas leaking which yay. & kept yelling random things about why she was upset. Horrible. Horrible. Experience. Extremely rude behavior I was honestly shocked.

It is incredibly insensitive and thoughtless that you prioritize to-go order parking spots over handicapped. Why would you think that is ok!?!?

It is also a sign of your corporate greed because you place greater importance on liquidity of profits over the convenience of people who can't help themselves.

I like your menu, but this is personal commentary on your ethics. I hope you at least change your appearance if you're not going to change yourselves.

By the way, we did not stay as a result.

Horrible customer service. Apparently they were overwhelmed by two large bagel orders and they didn't want to sell me 1 bagel. She did, but she wasn't happy about it. Nobody in front of me, but she waited before she toasted the bagel. Plus the place was a mess.

French Dip not enough dip. Ordered a whole sandwich, they gave me enough dip for half of it. Asked for more, said that's what it comes with for a whole or half sandwich. The employee did give me more, thank you. Panera Corporate do better. I need to dip my Whole sandwich!!

My Mediterranean veggie sandwich was smaller at the dine-in than when I order it to go.
It was prepared nicely; however, because I don't consume 2 of the 7 ingredients that comes on the sandwich, it would be nice if they put extra cucumbers and hummus on it.

We love panera food, this was our first time going to the one in Holland and the service was terrible. They messed up our order and we let it go. Then I had dessert that was very hard( I get one everything and there never like this) we went to go ask for a different one and they refused, no refund, no replacement and just a lot of attitude from the staff and manger. Won't be back!
