We love panera food, this was our first time going to the one in Holland and the service was terrible. They messed up our order and we let it go. Then I had dessert that was very hard( I get one everything and there never like this) we went to go ask for a different one and they refused, no refund, no replacement and just a lot of attitude from the staff and manger. Won't be back!

I've had enough of this store. I normally don't leave reviews, let alone bad ones. Still, every single time I order delivery from this location (on the Panera app), something is incorrect or missing! This time, the receipt was checked off, but I didn't receive my baguette. So, I guess whoever is supposed to be checking the bags just signs off on them no matter what.

The drivethrough... takes forever. I wish they had a pull-through system like Culver's. I would have just gone inside for my pickup order or gone somewhere else if I knew I'd be trapped in the drive through for over 20 minutes.

So the food was good.The service was awful and the manager is rude and sarcastic.One of our meals was forgotten,a bread bowl of corn chowder.The employee tried arguing that it was only a normal bowl of soup that was rang up which would’ve been whatever if they would've just gave us the soup without the awful service.Part of the issue was the manager rushing orders so her daughter could stand at the service counter and eat.

Drive thru is soooo narrow! No wonder there are marks all over the curb. Then ordered toasted bagel with cream cheese and bagel is thrown in bag with container and knife. I’m ordering a “to-go” order thru the drive up so chances are I’m eating on the go. Had to pull over to put cream cheese on the bagel. How dumb. Wont go back.
We love the variety of the menu. There's something for everyone. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant, very friendly young lady. I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt, it's awesome. My husband got a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup and there was plenty of bigger pieces of broccoli in it!! We will be back soon!!
