This is the 3rd time my pick up order has been pushed back 2-3hrs. And good luck calling and actually trying to get ahold of someone to get an update that the order has been pushed back!!! They purposely will ignore the phone calls as today after calling 3-4x with no answer someone accidentally answered and you just hear all these people having conversations. Membership has been cancelled. Off to spend my money at Costco!
Please Please get some control over the gas station. It is totally and completely pure chaos at times. Cars should not be able to come in from all angles. They should not be able to back in and be in opposite directions of the car that’s pumping gas. At times it’s a rat race and it’s frustrating. Learn from Costco. Their gas stations are like a well oiled machine. There’s one way in and out. No problems.
