I absolutely dread coming to Sam's Club. It is the single most disorganized, disheartening, lack of any form of customer service out of any warehouse store. The food court is never open and when it is open, they throw away all of the food 5 minutes before close and disregard the entire line of customers. I was in line today and they threw away the entire cheese pizza that multiple customers wanted a slice of for their kids. I absolutely hate coming here and only show up for the bakery and meat selection. The Cafe is absolute trash.

While service can be slow on occasion, it doesn't really bother me... The pizza is always hot and cheap. The hotdogs are always good and the ladies behind the counter are WONDERFUL!

Busy location for gasoline but that was the only reason why I stopped. I was astonished to see that gas here was .50 cheaper than any other petro location in the area. Highly recommend

I love Sam’s BUT the gas station needs some order. It is total chaos with cars allowed to come at the pumps from any direction. People get blocked in. It’s ridiculous. Learn from Costco! In and out. So smooth. All you need is a one direction in and one direction out.

Please Please get some control over the gas station. It is totally and completely pure chaos at times. Cars should not be able to come in from all angles. They should not be able to back in and be in opposite directions of the car that’s pumping gas. At times it’s a rat race and it’s frustrating. Learn from Costco. Their gas stations are like a well oiled machine. There’s one way in and out. No problems.

I am the owner of 2 family owned restaurants. We shop at Sam’s regularly and am always pleased with my experience there. The staff is always helpful - in fact have gone out of their way more than once to make sure I get what I need but can’t find! I would like to mention specifically the meat department, bakery and the greeters/staff that help at self checkout. They are always pleasant and helpful. I wish people could slow down, appreciate the fact that these individuals have shown up to work and cut everyone some slack!! Me and mine appreciate each of you for your dedication to your job and the cheerful way in which you perform it. Keep up the good work!!

Applied . They texted me at work and said my interview is the next day . I couldn’t call off work so I called the store . Nobody picks up the phone at all!!! I called everyday . Finally I went in and I got a interview and the lady that did my interview made me feel So uncomfortable . She looked mean and business only !!!! No smiles no nothing . Don’t ever apply !

Great prices and friendly staff. They helped me get everything I need and how to get items they didn’t currently have in stock. Glad I’m a plus number for the free shipping and curbside pick up!
The cafe has been seriously understaffed lately. Plus they made the baffling decision to remove the ordering kiosks, meaning that the understaffed employees also need to waste their time taking orders now as well.
