Last time I went to this Starbucks, I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup and someone ended up taking my drink. After waiting a bit, I went up to ask about it, and the barista politely made me a new one right away. I ordered the Sugar Cookie Latte with oat milk and sugar cookie cold foam, which is my favorite holiday drink, and it was perfect. The service was amazing, and they handled the situation beautifully.

The staff was rude they new I had a order they bagged everybody but mines asked me was it mines clear the Store when the order had been ready staff was rude no hello and just was not a pleasant service

Some of the workers aren’t the friendliest and seemed annoyed when you have a basic question. I didn’t like the interaction I had today with one of the employees. Unfortunately, it’s the closest Starbucks near me besides Kroger so I will still continue to go to this location but I think I’ll just take a break from Starbucks in general. Paying $6-$7 a drink, I can ask what flavored syrups you have?!? 🤷🏻♀️

The drink was made wrong, they remade it wrong again. Had to go to a different location to have it made correctly
Vanilla sweet cream cold brew was delicious as well as the chocolate cake pop! Super nice staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere :)

When I first pulled up, I thought the Starbucks was out of business because there was a For Lease sign in front of the store. But once I got inside I got a perfect drink with kind service in a clean shop. I will admit my usual drink is one of those complicated ones... none of this, add that and light this. When I'm traveling, it's hard to get it right. The barrista got it right.

I had a DoorDash order from this store and unfortunately the drink spilled in the bag and messed up the customers breakfast sandwich, I went back to make it right and Erin went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate how helpful, accommodating, and understanding she was. Thank you!

When we order for a delivery, pls make sure to follow instructions, we ask for add on like extra pumps of pistachio sauce, we pay extra for it, and don’t get it for free, so staff should be extra careful about all orders, and not just make what they want too. Asked for straws for two drinks got one.
