This was the 2nd time and the last time I will eat any kind of food from this location again. They do not check or keep track of expiration dates on any of their products. Literally serving up fresh food poisoning to everyone daily. So bad I had to be hospitalized from it.

I was an assistant manager at two subways...
This is disgusting...I asked for a chicken teriyaki pizza this is my go to at subway....
1: they lady had no customer service at all .no smile no hi...
2: she didn't put teriyaki sauce on it the chicken chunks were all towards one side ...I had to ask her to put teriyaki sauce on it after I paid for it after it was cooked ...yeah ..not eating here again ..

They need new tables. The ends of those tables has built up dirt on the ends, chairs dirty and the your worker with the long ponytail has the nerve to shrug his shoulders when I asked what type of cheese comes with my sandwich. How in the world don't you know what goes on the sandwiches.

If you ask a employee if they will make some coffee I've had some say sure. Then not make it another employee will flat out tell you no. But they have a couple that will. Alot of employees from Walmart will drink it if they would make it in the morning. Especially now that it's getting colder.

The two employees behind the counter simply carried on an entire personal conversation the whole time...uninterested in being attentive to there customers. Asking what I wanted on my sandwich after I had already told them several times. Completely distracted. Terrible service.

Called ahead to the holland location to make sure they were participating in the footling BOGO deal, and was told that they were. Went into the store and was told that we would need to download the app and order online to take advantage of that, which they did not mention over the phone. Stood inside and downloaded the app and ordered and then was told “ oh I guess we are not doing the BOGO here”. That was after standing in the store for 20 minutes trying to get the app order situated. No one seemed to care or have the power to do the right thing and keep their word. Quite disappointing

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the teenager workers (gurls)and that's saying something since I'm a teenager boy ahaha. They just seemed rude and annoyed :/

Good place to eat but their lobby is closed to often.
Dirty, the drink station was a mess, pops were were out, no tea, no tables were wiped down, 3 employees working, not busy. They were really nice, but a manager needs to be leading the shift, if you’re not busy, I’d be sending someone out to clean the tables, stock the drink station, wipe it down. Clean the food counter windows. There was food debris everywhere. Detail cleaning would really help this place. Again, counter employees were really nice.

Tables are not cleaned and every one of them is filthy. Staff has NO cleaning solution! Do not recommend eating here.
