My 85 year old grandpa stopped in here today for dinner. When he walked out to his car he realized he locked his cellphone and his keys in the vehicle. He walked back into the restaurant and asked if someone could call AAA for him. He was told there was no working phone and no one there had a cellphone. They told him to walk to IHOP. Once again my grandpa is 85 and it's 30 degrees outside. The lack of humanity these employees showed my grandfather absolutely disheartening. I understand that helping an old man call AAA isnt "part of your job" but it is part of being a decent human being.Luckily the employees at IHOP didn't hesitate to help my grandpa and told him to take a seat in a booth near the window so he could watch for AAA to arrive.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Please save yourself the trouble and do not go there. We went here yesterday afternoon around 5pm, ordered on Wendy's app as soon as we went inside, but waited for 45 minutes before we got our food. The thing is, it wasn't crowded at all. As we waited, there were lots other customers came after us ordered their food at the counter, got their food, and left. Also saw lots of cars coming in through drive through after us, got their food and left. But for some reason, the staff there wouldn't make our food and made us wait for 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, an order of fries, a cup of chilies, and 6 pieces of chicken nuggets. Around 30 minutes, we asked to cancel the order, but was told can only cancel on the app. The app has no cancel button at all at this point , so we decided to wait a little more. After 45 minutes, we finally got the food, guess what, they gave us one wrong bacon cheeseburger( got single patty but we ordered double) and the other one was cold obviously siting under the heat lamp for a while, so in this 45 minutes, they weren't making us fresh food, instead they were serving lots of other customers who came after us. I went back to the counter and ask them to remake my cheeseburger, and there was no one working at the counter, had to yell really loud to get people's attention in the kitchen. Food was bad,staff were very rude, acting it's like a hassle for them to serve the customers, and no one working at the counter. Again the worst Wendy's ever!!!

Went thru drive thru. Drove the 20 min home. Opened my burger and went to pick it up and to my disgust, there was a long light colored hair completely wrapped around the burger. I tried to call the restaurant but of course they don't answer. Called their customer service line and was assured that a district manager would call me back as this is a serious issue... words of the agent. This happened on Jan 11th and still haven't heard anything from anyone. So nice that they have no conscience!
