i’m not impressed with the people here they work slow and do not keep up with big orders 2 underage kids in a kitchen who aren’t even paying attention and being rude to the other employee who is alittle special needs

I waited longer then usual at a drive thru but this was freshly cooked and definitely worth the wait!!!
Thank You to the Manager Abbi, Team Members, and Members in training here at this location. I had a special request that was out of the ordinary. Not only were they extremely polite and helpful, they did not hesitate to accommodate with what they could. Still had smiles after today's rush of Eclipse visitors.Thank You!!!

A couple years ago I got very ill from eating a Reuben from this location! I did not return for a couple years. When I did I stood at the unattended counter in plain sight of a group of employees gathered together in the back. I was the only non-employee in the place. The employees just cast glances at each other as the exchanged nervous laughter. It appeared each was daring the other to go to the counter, which with none did. I left & have not returned!

It's good, and hot, but they are very slow at the Hubbard location takes at least 5mins from ordering to get up to pay and then another 5mins... So all in all your gonna wait 10 mins per car to get food.. Sometimes we've waited 20mins... Just to get to the window to pay.. I really wish they would bring back potato cakes all day long... They are the best.... ?
