I was with a larger group on a youth trip, the staff was incredibly friendly, incredible at how quickly the food came out despite having 9 people on the same order. Can't speak for the people in the back but the staff seemed to work great as a team. Overall the group I was with had a great time.
I don't order Arby's alot, but always enjoy it when I do. However, this time in the drive thru, the servers did not include Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce in the bag. Unacceptable...?

It's good, and hot, but they are very slow at the Hubbard location takes at least 5mins from ordering to get up to pay and then another 5mins... So all in all your gonna wait 10 mins per car to get food.. Sometimes we've waited 20mins... Just to get to the window to pay.. I really wish they would bring back potato cakes all day long... They are the best.... ?
