Service isn't always professional and I definitely don't think this is the best Arby's in the region. But they got my food right and were courteous to me, at least. This place can be a mixed bag but generally it's a good experience.
Best Customer service in town! Food was okay, my shake was a bit melted when I got it. My gyro had a bit more sauce than was needed. And my fries were a little cold. The drive thru had a bad smell, I not sure if a pipe leaked, but it was a bit stinky. But out of all that this place has the most friendly customer service I've seen in Hubbard. Their credit card machine went down in the drive-thru. I understand that. The girl at the drive-thru could have went a little quicker going back and forth to the front register, along with my sandwich I ordered a root beer float by the time I got it 20 minutes later, I had no ice cream in it it was just pop and cream. I was very patient with the least they could have done was give me a fresh root beer float. I understand things happen I work for fast food for 24 years.
