We have always enjoyed our visits here in the past. Tonight we were sat right away. We waited 10 minutes before we decided to leave after multiple servers walked by us with no acknowledgement. There were quite a few tables around us who were all being helped. My husband and I met as servers. We are pretty easy to please. The servers were more concerned with being loud and joking around than coming to take a drink order or even just to let us know that we would be helped soon....

I remember when Applebee's was a fairly nice restaurant to dine at. While the food and service were acceptable, the music and overall cleanliness of the place were not. The dining room looked like a boys play room with paint chipped banisters and some sort of explicit rap music playing that you typically do not want to hear while you are trying to have a date night with your wife!

It's a shame Applebee's is failing on a nation wide basis. They have great food. Today we were questioning the service, but it turned out to be the kitchen was slow, very slow. The food was still served hot and it tasted great, it just took forever. We were there for lunch, arriving shortly after noon. They were not real busy, so I assume the kitchen was short staffed. Lastly, when the building is at less than half capacity, turn down the air conditioning! It was...
