Manager who said his name was Ronaldo was extremely rude to me on the phone. When I was there in person the staff was very friendly and kind. My meal was great but the meal I got for someone else had issues. I called immediately when we saw it and asked to just be reimbursed and I was given the run around but I left my name and number.
