Everytime I call this pizza hut, it takes extremely long to order pizza… literally takes at least a good 10 mins. Everytime I hang up overstimulated and not gonna lie annoyed. The food is really good but please fix your customer service and ordering method like it should not take that longggg with all the extra questions too.

The only harp I really have is that they do the whole pap tracker thing but it's not used as intended. Like I went this last time and waited for it to say ready before walking in. As soon as I gave them my name they marked it as picked up but it wasn't even ready yet. So I was waiting for like 5 minutes after they marked it picked up. I'm not quite sure what's going on here but service has really been declining. The ETA for your pizza online, on the phone, or in person seems to always be off by a good 20 minutes. Every time, the managers do apologize and explain that they're slammed but like - we've ordered at varying times I feel like they can't be slammed every night of the week right? And the response is always "It should just be a few more minutes." Well ok but 10 minutes...
