Placed an order on the direct website and once delivered, order was missing an item and the pizzas weren't square cut as requested.
The store manager immediately apologized and corrected my order. Her professionalism, sincerity and can-do attitude to fix my issue was superb😊

Order was correct, delivery was prompt, even though street number was put in incorrectly, food was hot and delicious. Used accumulated points, but was unaware had to have $10.99 minimum order for delivery.

I love Pizza Hut, especially this crew, but they refuse to honor advertising. They will not give you the $10.99 Tastemaker, they will not give you the 2+ mediums for $6.99 each, and they will not honor any other offers on their website or commercials. So I unfortunately switched to Domino's who are in the same parking lot. I'm only rating them so generously because I like the crew.
