If you order in the drive thru make sure you have a full tank of gas and an hour to spare. I’ve been sitting in line for 30 minutes and have not moved. There are currently 6 cars behind me and more than 10 cars have gotten out of line.

Food and drinks are usually pretty good. The lady that usually works the front seems to get irritated if you're not ready to order when she walks up there and you say let me look at the menu.And I wish they'd go back to giving discounts by having their cups that they used to sell.

I’ve been here a few different times and it’s never busy but I always leave feeling like I was bothering the employees. None of them are friendly and I see why they are never busy.

The place was not very clean and the two people that waited on me were rather rude. The smoothies were also some of the worst I've ever gotten from there. I'm usually really happy with Tropical Smoothie Cafe but the past two times has been pretty terrible

I pay for extra peanut butter but can rarely taste it. Never acknowledged when I enter store. One time the person that was standing at the register actually walked away when I entered the store.

Apparently they stop serving food at 7pm (hour before close) and only make smoothies. Refused to take my order at 7:15pm. Wasted about 30 minutes and gas driving there for nothing. Odd policy for a restaurant to stop serving food during normal hours. Why not just close at 7pm instead of 8 PM on Sundays? Or hour early if daily policy?Update:Received apology letter and truly appreciate the owner reaching out to me by mail. I would recommend store policies be visibly posted. Location clearly states no more than 4 students at a time, but nothing about food service ending early.
