Used coupons to get a couple free smoothies, process was easy and quick. Smoothies took about 10 mins but there were 2 ahead of us and for fresh smoothies I don’t mind a wait. All in all 5/5 stars!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers tasty food and drinks, with a selection of vegetarian options. However, the cleanliness of the location has been questioned, and some customers have experienced long wait times and rude service. The accuracy of the mobile order "ready by" time has also been questioned. While some have praised the fruit drinks, others have been disappointed with the quality of the smoothies. In the past, discounts were given through cups, which some customers miss. Overall, customers have had mixed experiences at this location.
