waited 15 minutes past the mobile order time given for a smoothie that was still half ice and not filled. wish they would update their online "ready by" thing to be accurate. waste of time and my food was cold by the time I actually got the smoothie

Food and drinks are usually pretty good. The lady that usually works the front seems to get irritated if you're not ready to order when she walks up there and you say let me look at the menu.And I wish they'd go back to giving discounts by having their cups that they used to sell.

The place was not very clean and the two people that waited on me were rather rude. The smoothies were also some of the worst I've ever gotten from there. I'm usually really happy with Tropical Smoothie Cafe but the past two times has been pretty terrible
