I visited this Starbucks today (Christmas). All of the staff were really nice and I got my drinks pretty quickly. They greeted me when I came in and on the way out. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks!

Just ordered a hot americano. Cup was very cool and was told that that was because it was double cupped. Take out the extra cup and still cold. Ordered at 1021 and was in the store in 5 min. Pathetic, cool drink. Better to just use the Keurig at home. The counter was just chaotic. In response to your reply this isn’t the first time this has happened. It isn’t much to ask for a hot coffee to be hot and fresh.

Stopped by in a hurry and went in to get some water to take some meds. They were not busy but the barista said nope new policy says can’t give out water with out purchase. Happened at end of January. Ended up buying a snack and got the water but he still forgot the water. Pulled up the policy on the official Starbucks website and found that it’s discretionary to how busy the location is. I was the only customer in line and had no one behind me. My wife and child frequent this location almost daily but this may change and may stop with Starbucks in general if someone can’t get some water on a discretionary part of a policy.
Such a cute Starbucks! Drinks were really tasty and the employees were very kind.

Customer service SUCKS!!! I asked the barista for a straw, she acted like it was too much and acted like she couldnt be bothered with getting a straw that was right in front of her! Why should i have to walk to the opposite side to grab a damn straw!!! I dont like this location. This wasnt the only time they were rude!
