The employees make this location wonderful. It’s nice and personable to be remembered on a first named basis. Marcus and Carrie are both efficient and kind. My drinks are consistently good. Location is clean. Easy to get in and out. Only complaint is when patrons putting their online orders block the fire lane instead of parking 10 feet over in a designated spot.

An update to my original 5 star review I always have a wonderful experience at Starbucks on Rockside Rd., and I just have to mention how amazing the service is.
