The order was wrong had a long wait time to get it and was 28.00 dollars for bad food and bad service won't be coming back

Over 20 minutes waiting for a chicken strip basket and I’m the only one in the drive thru. This is the absolute slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I always get told “we’ll bring it out in a minute” and wait forever. I’m not sure why I keep coming back honestly.

Good food but after my order was confirmed at the window I was charged for the half pound and given the third pound flamethrower burger. Employee even talked with the manager and owner about it after speaking to me at the window. Didn’t notice until I got home. Not happy after spending 36 dollars on milk shakes for the family!

Everything went great.. ice cream delish! One to try is the heath caramel cupcake perfection. If you are a chocolate and caramel lover this one is for you. It's the perfect treat for the chocolate and caramel sweet tooth. Perfect too if you like heath bars. Highly recommend! All the girls loved theirs too. Dairy Queen still rocks the ice cream!!! Always will.

Worse Dairy Queen experience ever. It took 19 minutes to get a banana split (scimpiest one I've ever seen), three blizzards, and a small (size of a kiddie cone) ice cream cone.
The four teenage girls were trying their best, but all seemed to be ill-trained and/or new. Whatever organization had totally fallen apart.
Where was the manager??? She came out, passed the chaos, went out the door to the dining room, came back in a few minutes later, and passed the chaos once again WITHOUT any guidance. Ridiculous.
Have visited Dairy Queen for years. I usually go there to get my ice cream because they always gave my pup a pup cup with ice cream.
Took my Aunt there yesterday to grab a couple cones. WOW!! A small cone is $3 now. Both cones had a dribble of ice cream or frozen yogurt whatever you want to call it.
I ask for a pup cup for my dog and was charged $3 for it as well. I parked in the parking lot so we could eat. The pup cup was nothing but whip cream! I walked to the window and asked why the pup cup wasn’t ice cream as well since I had to pay the same price as the cone. I was told that’s the way it is. It took 4 people to make a decision on a dab of ice cream that probably didn’t cost a nickel to make!!
I’m done with Dairy Queen corporate crooks! I’ll return to McDonald and pay $1 for a cone and still get a pup cup for free!!

Passed by and got a couple shakes here after having a bad experience with a leaking cup at a DQ in Kentucky. The blonde girl that helped us at this DQ made us laugh and it definitely made a fun memory. Made the shake taste so much better ? Wish I'd gotten her name, love ya girl
