Soda from the fountain machine is awful. Tasted like a moldy musty type taste. Front line service was great but kitchen was running about 20-25 minutes behind. Food was fresh and hot. Bathroom was clean.

Food was alright, service was super slow for a Saturday at lunchtime. Had many cars pulled over, waiting for food. Dairy Queen drive-thru attendant said she did know how long it would take or what was taking so long. 25 minutes for 4 cheese burgers, fry and drink.

Jackson Dairy Queen is probably the most consistent restaurant we have in Jackson Ohio. Food is hot made to order and the owners make sure of that because they are working along side the employees. This is a family oriented restaurant. The owners will not tolerate foul language from the staff and that's great because we don't need to hear that anyway. Keep up the great work.

My milkshake was so thin, it was like drinking a glass of milk. But, other food was good.
The food was fine. The wait time was horrible. The building around the drive-thru is in poor repair.

Maybe I shouldn't had done a 1 star. Ice cream cone was perfect. I was upset about being charged for taxes on it going thru the drive thru. Argue with them ohio doesn't charge taxes on food when it leaves the premises. They said their new registers charges taxes. So I went ahead & paid it cause I love their ice cream

Had to ask for everything and customer service was non existent. Went up to request the kids cones and she wanted proof. It was so not worth it. Do not recommend at all. Should’ve gone to sonic.
