Dakota's Roadhouse Reviews
We ordered and it took over 30 minutes to get our food - 2 sandwiches. On our lunch hour from work so we had to take back to the office People who was seated after us received appetizers before we ever received our food.
Shout out to Nicole! She was the best server we have had in a very long time. Very attentive, and when I said I didn't want onions or tomato on my salad, she then asked me if I wanted it on my burger. I never had the server pay attention to notice enough to do that. I was very impressed. She checked on us multiple times and even brought us extra condiments that we didn't even ask for for our burgers. Thank you for such an excellent experience!

Dakota's Roadhouse is a restaurant that offers great food with a relaxing atmosphere and reasonable prices. The menu includes a variety of options, such as steaks, burgers, and appetizers like mozzarella sticks, deep-fried mushrooms, and potato skins. One diner particularly enjoyed the 16 oz Prime rib and full rack of ribs, while another found the burger to be quite large. The restaurant is known for its cinnamon butter and is a hit with kids due to the wide selection of televisions and kid-friendly food. While parking can be a challenge on busy nights, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and accepts reservations. Many customers say the food is generally pretty good, with the steak, ribs, and fish being especially liked. However, some have had a poor experience with the patty melt, describing the meat as smashed to shoe leather and the wrong cheese used, so it’s best to avoid that dish. Visitors also appreciate the good value, especially considering the quality of the food. The atmosphere aims to provide a vibe similar to Texas Roadhouse, but without the loud clapping and birthday singing every few minutes. Customers have noted that the staff, like Nicole, are attentive and friendly, often going out of their way to ensure a positive experience. Despite busy times, the restaurant’s system that allows customers to text and watch their place in line helps make waits more manageable. Overall, Dakota’s Roadhouse is a popular spot for good food and a relaxed dining experience.
