The Jackson County Veal is delicious here. I’ve never had theirs before.I grew up in Oak Hill with terrific veals. You can’t find that crispiness, slight sweetness, slight tanginess hardly anywhere, but its here at Gillespie’s. I already love their footers. I have loved them for a few years now.The staff even brought it out to me in their seating area. Just great.
Parking: There seems to be plenty of space for parking.

We really wanted Gellespie's Pizza. It's been a LONG TIME. We only come to Jackson on Sundays. Gillespie's doesn't make Pizza on Sundays.Sad for us. It was good Pizza.

Our whole order was really dark and bad we wanted it lightly baked and called back in to tell them and he said he cant take it out early but i guess he likes burnt food....o well he said nothing he can do..

I used to eat this pizza as a kid all the time and it was great. After reading the still great reviews I thought I'd give it a try.Wow what a mistake. This is the best pizza in Jackson? Really? Little Caesars is better than this. Very disappointed. Won't be getting pizza from here again.Readers of this post... Move on and get pizza elsewhere. This ain't worth the money

The pizza is good if you can get it, I got a take-and-bake Friday after 9pm which was understandable, but I was just told their kitchen is closed on Sunday’s. You can’t even order a custom take-and-bake apparently. I love this pizza and would love to give them my money, but I guess they don’t want it.
