After waiting a half hour past my expected time (it happens) being pulled up for a 10 min wait that lasted a half hour my food is not even hot. Poor kid at the window was super nice, I'm pretty sure my food had been forgotten initially, but to barely be warm when I got it kind of sucks.
Called to order food for a large group of people and was greeted with “pick up only” from a hateful woman, moved past that and asked if they offered a gluten free crust or a keto crust and was then was told no and with that same hateful attitude. For a business that depends on customers to pay their employees and their bills you would think they’d hire people who wanted to make the customer happy.
