Can't walk in the building to get your order only driv thru an we had to wait for them to make another pizza because they got ours wrong also they don't have a buffet like every other giovannis

I always place an order on the app. It helps save staff time and you get discounts. They’re always friendly and the food is great. Be patient and go on the minutes ready they give you even if you thinks to long. Our favorite thing is the cheese breadsticks, cinnamon sticks or subs!

After waiting a half hour past my expected time (it happens) being pulled up for a 10 min wait that lasted a half hour my food is not even hot. Poor kid at the window was super nice, I'm pretty sure my food had been forgotten initially, but to barely be warm when I got it kind of sucks.

Loved the drive through. Food was fantastic! We had a couple of hours drive left & bought two pizzas. We ate most of the other one on the drive back & this is why the pictured pizza doesn't look freash.
