My family and I have enjoyed eating at this location in the past. But, today the servings in our bowl were so light it was not worth the $28 price tag. I had a little bowl and my husband had a big bowl. His serving was the same if not smaller than mine. Service could have been better by having more knowledge of food items on the line. Worker seemed flustered while numerous employees stood around.

I really like this Head Burritos location! The staff is always super nice, even when they’re slammed. The food is always spot on and tastes amazing every time. Their rewards program is awesome too! The points add up fast, and I got a free bowl today! If you want to kick back with an adult drink, they’ve got those too. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

I was happy to drive by and see a Hot Heads located near me. I stopped for my usual chicken bowl and found a courteous staff. The food was just as I remembered it, delicious. I finally decided to pick me up a bottle of the sweet habanero sauce. Great place for lunch or even dinner.

Flavor was great BUT the bowls have been light lately. We got a big bowl and a little bowl. Took them home and put them in different containers to prove a point. There was NO difference! The big bowl had exactly the same amount of food as the small bowl and cosr more! Shame on Hotheads in Jackson, Ohio! This is not the first time bowls were light weight.

Portion sizes have been very slim lately, feels like you are paying way too much for the portion size. Food lately has been hit or miss, today was a hit but just not very much in the bowl.
Great food, I eat there 2 to 3 times a week. Food is great taste, People work there are very friendly, only bad thing is the country music, lol.
