All 5 stars. Me and my family came in last Tuesday late evening and the chicken was on point. Great service and a lovely manager on that shift. The lobby smelled like old money and lavender. I'll definitely be back for more of that chicken. On the night crew that is.

If you want good chicken. Go in-between 5 pm and closing. Any other time it's burnt, old or just dried up like a dead monkey tail. I do on the other hand love that manager on nights at the window and up front. So nice and pretty. Although that rat featured looking guy absolutely hates his job and anyone who can hear him can tell he does. Stop complaining about taking orders. Its rude. It is a bit to cold in the dinning area at times, but over all very clean. Didn't appreciate walking on a diaper in the parking lot and the restroom smelled of urine & dead smurfs. Seen a tiny little greyish green turd stuck to the side of the toilet. I might need therapy after the restroom situation. Hire more attractive nice people. I don't want to hear any lip from the rat guy when I make my next order.

Worst place to get food. They are always out of chicken and a very long wait no matter when you get there. Also the dining room is unbearably cold and they said they can't turn the air off.

I believe this is one of the better KFCs. Especially the drive through at lunch, the people (especially the lady who usually is working the window) are very friendly and fast. However…. I will say I am highly disappointed in the 10 piece saucy nuggets. They were measly and tough. I’m not going to rate the review based on that, but come on, it pretty bad when McDonald’s nuggets are better.

I ordered off of the app for in-store pickup so that I was able to redeem a coupon for some free chicken nuggets I like to use the app to save money and there are some pretty decent deals available on the app. I also like the app exclusive offers for the family meal deals because they allow us to save a lot of money while still getting the chicken and sides and biscuits. The inside of the store is a bit untidy but not anything that would prevent me from wanting to eat inside if I chose to. I will likely eat there again. The only thing that I don't like is that some locations do not offer green beans dishes from KFC. I'm not sure why this even became a thing because the green beans are delicious in my opinion. The workers were kind but seem to be a bit overwhelmed with the amount of orders that were coming in and maybe even appear to be short staffed but as I said this was my first time ordering from the Jackson location but I will be willing to go back and order again while dining in instead of doing the pickup. The only thing that I wish KFC offered is a meal deal that doesn't include any meat for people like myself who aren't crazy about chicken so I have to order each of the sides individually along with biscuits and it gets a bit pricey. As far as I know I don't think they offer anything like this. But a meal deal with three sides two biscuits and a drink would be perfect for me and probably save me a few dollars
Parking: The parking lot is off of the Road by the store and has two rows which seems to be enough to handle the amount of traffic that is there
Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoy many items off of the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 wheelchair lift parking spaces and a stall in the bathroom that is wheelchair accessible

The food was great and the service good. The reason I did not give the food 5 stars was they only filled the mashed potatoes up about half way. For the price of a family size side it should be more than four spoon full.

Loved the chicken tenders wonderful chicken delicious
What is wrong with this place! I've tried three different tries in a 1 month period to order chicken here and everytime I'm told, " 1)We are out of white meat chicken it will take 10 minutes to make, 2)We are out of chicken it will be 14 mins or more before we have any and 3)We are out of all Original crust chicken it will be 15 mins or more. I will not try to eat here again. None of you reading this should go to this KFC and avoid at all cost. Worthless KFC, poor management and poor ownership. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Don't believe me look at the other reviews here. Don't waste you time even pulling into their parking lot, go eat elsewhere.
