First time at this location and the food was good. We ordered online and got the KFC bowls, pot pie, sides and chicken. Based on this visit I will be back the next time we are in town.

Spent over 40 dollars to only get 7 pieces of chicken in my 12 piece bucket and no napkins or silverware. The fries were so salty you couldnāt eat them. All the white meat was rubbery and dry.

Stopped in KFC in Jackson Ohio...a girl said hi when we came in and I will be with you In A moment. Over 30 moments went by and she and ither employees ignored total if six people behind me. The machine, which are the most ridiculous things there were out if v order. No one waited on us and we left. Very rude..the girl acted as if she did not want to be there at all. Never will we ever go back. The Colonel would roll over in his grave to know customers are Being treated like that.

The original honey bbq chicken sandwich is without a doubt the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten in my life. Sad to say that I was informed today that in November, it will go away and possibly be gone for good, or at least until October of next year. The original honey bbq extra crispy chicken is the best chicken I've had in my life as well. Gone for 20 years and now back, but only till next month. More people need to let the owners of the KFC company know how they feel about that. I for one, am not happy. It needs to return permanently.

Stopped in at jackson kfc for supper ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strip meals with wedges. The wedges and chicken was not edible. Called down to tell them the grease was bad and was told it was changed every week then she said every day. And they knew the wedges weren't good because they fry hot wings in the same grease. They offered to replace wedges but not chicken was told to bring the chicken back. I am not driving an hour just for wedges and when we could not eat it I put it in the dogs bowls. If they knew that the deep fryer was tainting the taste of their food they should of warned us when we ordered. I will in the future drive by this kfc.

Wednesday Special - Country Fried Steak is my favorite meal special right now! I absolutely love it! Only on Wednesday, and not sure how much longer it will be available, but well worth trying! Plus plenty of good food here to choose from! Try the corn muffins too!! Especially if you add honey! Fast, very fast service! Kind employees, and yummy food!

All 5 stars. Me and my family came in last Tuesday late evening and the chicken was on point. Great service and a lovely manager on that shift. The lobby smelled like old money and lavender. I'll definitely be back for more of that chicken. On the night crew that is.
