I literally dread going to this store. It's about 2% more desirable than Walmart.
Great selection. In process of being remodel
Morning is the time to go...was not busy....no lines. Reorganizing .
The lady at self checkout was aggressive. Not good at all woth customer service!
Took 4 times of canceling and restarting app even with help of attendant before phone app worked with pay at pump. Not convenient.
Been to Krogers all over the nation and this is an excellent location! Clean, well organized and hats off to Mrs. Dora at checkout for doing something all grocery stores need to do, clean the checkout conveyor belt! Her extra initiative to keep the bacteria at bay is highly appreciated! Keep up the good work!
Always like kroger
Always a great stop. Things are pretty easy to find.
Quick in and out this time

Kroger has different items that NOBODY else has. They're the Best!!!!
Always has great deals and everything is always super fresh
Always find good deals!
Store is a joke. Many items out of stock and I am sorry Kroger I know inflation is high but many of your prices are higher even double then Wal-Mart and the Wal-Mart employees are much nicer then your employees. Plus your Jackson location is dirty.
For the prices we pay here, there are several things that could be improved upon..
*Low stock on shelves often.
*Stocking done during the day making it hard to navigate the isles.
*Kroger pick up orders are being filled in big carts often blocking isles for shopping.
*Vegetables are hit or miss for freshness.
*Not enough registers open during peak hours.
*Self serve checkouts need more employees to speed up processes.
