We had a wonderful experience tonight for dinner! The waitress named cherokee Barnett did a fabulous job with our order and the way she handled herself! Very mature and wonderful smiles from her. You all should be proud of such a wonderful lady working there to represent your business! Great food and great waitress!!! 10/10 recommendation

picked up my order two grilled chicken salads. two tiny onion rings on each, no cheese, one tiny piece of tomato on one none on other. also ordered cheese bread sticks asked where they were told in the bag. should have looked. got home and none. called couldn't be transferred to Jackson store and operator couldn't help. so money spent on nothing

Our waitress seemed to be the only person waiting tables, and she did an excellent job. 2 girls just stood at the computer constantly on their phone, while 2 others would randomly walk around the dining area doing nothing and then disappear into the kitchen.

We ordered delivery to a nearby motel. It was easy to order online. They quoted 30-40 minutes and arrived right at the end of that ETA. The delivery person was efficient and personable. She brought the food right to our room door and explained that there had been a mix-up (ingredients mixed rather than put on separate sides), so they gave us both the correct order and the slightly incorrect order. I appreciate their attention to detail and their generosity in resolving the problem. However, as we were passing through on a road trip, it was more pizza than we could handle! I would have been satisfied if they had just called and asked if we needed an extra pizza, since the error was minor. However, I can't complain about their willingness to solve the problem!
Two things to be aware of: 1. The thin crust was too floppy for the style of toppings, so best to avoid it 2. Make sure to request plates and napkins. I don't blame LaRosa's for that; just be aware if you order delivery to a hotel.
The pizza and cookies tasted good and arrived in good condition.

Food was ok nothing special. Service was terrible. Waitress too busy socializing with customers who were 'friends' instead of working properly. Drink refill was slow at best and we were never checked on after our meals arrived untill after we were done eating and she brought our check. Should have just went elsewhere.
After a long day trip to the wilds in zainsville, we decided on LaRosas and we're glad we did. From the time we walked in we were greeted with a smile and got seated quickly. Our waitress was very nice and efficient. The food was great and the came out quickly. Would definitely make this a stop if in the area.

Party of 5. We had 2 specialty pizzas a meat lovers and the buddy. We enjoyed the unique flavor and the prices as well. It was not too busy so we could stay for longer fellowship. Overall a great dining experience and a courteous waitress. We were an hour from home visiting Jackson Ohio.. Thank you and we will be back.

It's unfortunate because all the LaRosa's in Cincinnati are terrific just too far away.

Had salad and pizza. The salad was fresh and the Italian dressing was very good. We each got a small pizza which was very good. Our waitress was on the job, and my drink never went empty, and her demeanor was engaging and very personable. We had a great time, and thank you, LaRosa's.

The food was amazing! Service was quick. Our waiter was friendly. I had the spaghetti and meatballs pictured below. The sauce is really good. Do yourself a favor and ask for extra sauce because there are more noodles than sauce. The meatballs are simple but good! I got the garlic fries, which were good and fresh. The salad was simple and good. Lettuce, tomato, red onion, Olives (which I did not get in mine) and motzerella cheese. The bread sticks are really good! Just butter and garlic. Not messy. My husband got the 3 meat calzone. I tried all the meat in it and it was good. It was a little spicy for me, but still good! I also tried the pizza sauce, and it was amazing! Portions are large, and the price was $30.00 for all this and 2 drinks. I will definitely be back!
