Waited in line and they moved us to drive thru wait. Served 3 cars that came after us. When I told them, the staff had attitude as if I was in the wrong. No apology THEn after 20 minutes food was COLD. Manager gave no apology either. Worst service ever! Never coming back

Pretty sad how you have multiple people working and no one acknowledges you, expect you to order from a kiosk and you have workers standing around doing nothing. Arbys down the street got our business and we were greeted with smiles as well as someone took our order. You may wanna do better, your business will be no more if your service continues to be that way

We go thru the drive thru every morning for breakfast after work and no matter how packed they are we get their quick and food is always right
Pretty dirty dining room for 6:20 am We had to clean our own table for a place to sit. Looks like the previous night shift didn't clean up before they left.

Then they give me attitude bc they messed up. Wish the last owner still had this place. Since the new owner it has gotten way worse then ever b4 c

I live literally 5 minutes away from here and by the time I got home my food was cold my fries was hard and had no salt on them and not to mention they gave me the "bottom of the bag" orange juice which was nasty. That's exactly what the manager told me when I finally got someone to answer the phone after I called them 5 times in a row. Oh and my McMuffin was burnt as well.

It was busy, but the cashier at the counter seemed to be new, and she was all by herself. There were three or four people behind me waiting, and the manager or shift leader was very stand-off and rude. When the cashier rang my order up, she accidentally rang me the wrong size coffee for one of my coffees and I had already been waiting for my food for almost ten minutes when I politely told the person who handed me my food they rolled there eyes and walked away. After waiting another 10 minutes, I stopped another manager and tried to inform her of the mistake, and she also walked away from me and asked for my two coffees from a women who was training someone in there drive through and when she asked her if the other coffee was mine she said "I'm not sure there's no sticker." and manager said "well, good enough" and hands me both drinks. Now, by this time, I'm already running late for work. So I grab the cup and head out. Go to drink my coffee, and it's wrong. The coffee I got for my coworker was also incorrect. I worked fast food for 8 years when I was younger. I understand people have off days, but that whole experience was just downright awful.
