Did online order my nephew tried to pick it up and they would not allow him to. this site has messed up my order so many times I am tired of it corporate needs to come in and do something they have cashiers leaving draws opened and unattended.

Their app took my money, I did everything right. Had the address right, I have email evidence and the deposit has been taken from my account. The owner refused to give me my food and threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave immediately. Terrible human beings

Order a single cheeseburger and received one with just cheese and ketchup, than my next one had no mustard no onion and only one slice of pickle. Most likely won't come back

There's a women that could be the manager not sure but has been cussing at her workers and to others throughout the last few days. Hire ups should be doing some digging on her. She started cussing at my fiance all bc someone didn't locked the doors so she complained about it instead of doing it herself if it was an issue!!🤷

The food was warm almost cold and the bathrooms was dirty and the pop machines and area was dirty trash on floor napkins and lids on counter by pop machine used cup with ice half with ice no pop in it dirty and sticky not clean. I waited 25 minutes for my food

Countless times the order is just completely wrong. Today ordered the two cheeseburger meal with extra onion, extra pickle, and extra mustard. One came with only cheese, the other had no onions and no mustard. They really need to improve their customer service. It has gone downhill so bad.
We were in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for food from start to finish (12p-1p). They moved us to a parking spot in the driveway through, to wait for food, we sat there for over 30 minutes, I walked into the store. Not one person acknowledged that I was standing there. The service was not good, the timing was absolutely not great, I would not suggest anyone going there if you are in a hurry to be somewhere on time.
