My wife did a mobile order totaling around $30, they had no record of it. Then wanted her to pay again even after she showed the order and money were taken out. The manager yelled at my wife and acted like they were giving us food we had already paid for. Horrible service, and this was after sitting in mobile order delivery for a half hour.
The way I order my Iced Caramel Coffee is similar to Starbucks tbh. Even though it costs a Lil ? extra, I Have to get a shot (or 2 sometimes) of espresso first and foremost. Then, 3 pumps of liquid sugar (not the powder sugar, there Is a difference), 2 pumps of chocolate syrup and light ice (too much ice makes the flavor taste Nothing like coffee). I Know I can get espresso in the other iced coffee products, but if you start noticing, the ONLY way you can get a REAL Large cup...
