Don’t waste your time ordering from papa John’s in Jackson. I ordered tonight via the app at 5:50 said it would be ready between 6:09 and 6:19.
I arrive at 6:22 and go in employee says just a second, no big deal 5 minutes later he comes over asks name. And says it’ll be around 12 minutes I just put it in the oven. No apology ok cool, I get it you must be busy (didn’t appear Uber busy) but I got out to my car to wait set my alarm for 15 minutes and chilll. So around...read full review
The owner is disrespectful and rude.
The pizzas in the photos on this page do not look appetizing and definitely don’t look to be the Papa Johns standard I learned when I worked for the company.
I’m sure the ex CEO would be proud of this terrible franchisee though?
