Don’t waste your time ordering from papa John’s in Jackson. I ordered tonight via the app at 5:50 said it would be ready between 6:09 and 6:19.
I arrive at 6:22 and go in employee says just a second, no big deal 5 minutes later he comes over asks name. And says it’ll be around 12 minutes I just put it in the oven. No apology ok cool, I get it you must be busy (didn’t appear Uber busy) but I got out to my car to wait set my alarm for 15 minutes and chilll. So around 6:45 I go back in same employee comes over I give him my name and he starts looking around after a couple minutes he says I’ll have to remake it it must have been given out. By this point I’m over it and said just forget it.
No apology no attempted correction so I’m now home extra late and without dinner 😡

My food was not cooked long enough, it was cold. I asked for light sauce and it was swimming in sauce, there was very little cheese. I had to reheat it in the oven. I only live 5 minutes from the store location. They have lost a customer.
