As a Chicagoan I find this pizza disgusting. The crust is raw. I couldn't eat it. We got cinnamon sticks and they didn't give the frosting to dip them into. It's a shame because I used to get pizza from here all the time. I'll be posting a picture of the raw crust.

Excellent! First time trying this location ordered online used coupon and everything went smoothly. Pizza ready on time and delicious! Nice worker even gave me a small container of the awesome sauce when I asked. So nice! Love love LOVE the sauce!

Their deep dish is amazing. I get it almost every single time. If you like your pizza sauce to have a hint of sweetness, you will love Romeo’s sauce. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been exceptional. Highly recommend that deep dish. You won’t regret it.

Have gotten pizzas here before and the food is pretty good. However never again. Just tonight I called and ordered a pizza with a coupon for a large with one topping.I order on the phone and ask if I can get another topping, of course I'll pay for it. The guy says sure and quotes me my price- it's like 2.90 more for the extra topping. Ok. So when I get there to pick up my order the guy looks confused. He talks with the girl beside him and tells me I can't use the coupon. I tell him John, Jake, Josh whatever his name was that took my order already quoted the price for the pizza.The girl beside him said nope we can't do it. I said wait, I already was quoted a price for the pizza. Anyways they get the manager who seemed confused at first but said it was OK. I said I'm paying for the extra topping, she kept saying it's OK and there's no problem but kept reiterating that they don't do it normally. I told her I've never had any pizza company not let me add a topping to a discounted one topping pizza if I'm paying for the topping!There was attitude, you know like she was doing me a favor. Look train your people then, the guy said nothing about getting an extra topping on the pizza. It's not like it was free. Don't act like it's a big exception or whatever, and say it's OK, it's OK there's no problem.Well obviously there was because two people said no and now I'm talking to the manager. But the problem is YOURS not mine. I'm the customer. I don't need to be made to feel I'm getting special treatment when I'm not.Anyways I would never recommend this store based on my experience even though the pizza is decent. I will never ever eat romeos again. I'll stick with krauses. They have better food and aren't a chain.Scott

I had 3 orders of jojos those were a joke I could of gone anywhere and received a better jojo they were so small they ducked when you put ketchup on them. Also had 2 orders of boneless wings I guess chicken nuggets fall in that category but again could of got a better looking boneless wings anywhere. Also ordered 3 sheet pizzas the sauce was sweet enough to call it a candied pizza super sweet sauce definitely had more than enough sugar in the sauce.Was definitely a big risk spending a 128.00 oh well my loss Romeo’s gain

Love Romeo’s they have great pizza but it’s very hit or miss on who’s working so then things like pizzas with no sauce get sent out with the wrong pepperoni ? very disappointed
