The drink itself was great, but i ordered a strawberry milkshake and i for the life of me cannot understand why you guys have a straw that is so small and you have to suck the life out of it to even get the tiniest bit of the milkshake, i felt like i was loosing oxygen and gonna have a brain aneurysm, you guys need to change your straw i dont want to wait until it is fully melted to drink it, it should be cold.

With my purchased i received a hot dog right out of refrigerator after complaining I was met by a guy named Leo with straight attitude and he immediately refuse to refund my money, I realized real quick why I do not eat at not just jackson sonic but all sonics.I would fire Leo today!

Unbelievably slow and can’t seem to get an order correct . I spent a good 30 minutes in Line after placing my order, don’t go if you are looking for fast food,and the order was wrong.. This is not the first time I have had this experience just the first time I have reported it.

Earlier my friend had gone and got me and our other friend 3 corn dogs. Once he got through the line and back to the house. There was one corn dog. It was outraging and depressing because the cost to go back to sonic would cost so much more and wouldn’t be worth the trip. It sucks knowing that the fast food industry has been on such a downward spiral lately. Even when all you want is a corn dog the people who have chosen to work there give attitude and mess up a simple order. Next time I’ll remember what my mother told me “we got food at home”. So disappointing and all around a bad experience

My friend went to get me and our other friend three corn dogs. They served him ONE corn dog when he was charged for three and the lady was very rude at the window. I’ve always been a fan of sonic and it has always been a go to place to eat but after today we are very dissatisfied and dissapointed in their actions.

I had went through the drive through today and I specifically asked and paid for 3 corn dogs. I only received 1. I then double checked my receipt to make sure I got charged for 3 and of course I did. Lady at window was rude and repetitively slammed the window in my face and was just trying to get me out her line. VERY DISSATISFIED!
NOT TO MENTION I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE AND WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR ONE CORNDOG!
