Guy that took our order seem to hate his job to be honest 😕 all off the food we got was cold and tasted old. My fries looked like they were just thrown in the bag. The only thing that was warm but still not fresh was the cinnabon pull apart bread. Definitely not gonna hit this place again when we come back through

The worst Wendy's you can go to. Had to wait 10 minutes for my chicken sandwiches got them and they are hard, dry, cool and have stail buns. Same order got a order of chili cheese fries they forgot the chilli and the fries.

Went to the location close to closing time. I called prior and got no answer BUT shortly after I got a call back from MONICA. First off, I have never in my life called a fast food restaurant and got a call back. I got a call back and it was Monica asking me about my question. The service of her team went above and beyond and I will absolutely be returning to this Wendy’s location. I appreciate her time and effort along with her team to go above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend this Wendy’s.

Pulled up the drive through speaker and was told I’ll be right with you, sat in silence for over 10 minutes until I finally left. The whole time I sat there they had two employees coming out to water flowers but couldn’t take an order in ghat 10 minutes?
Used to be one my first choices in fast food in Jackson, but the past couple times that I have been there have ruined that, the first of the two was when I went thru the drive thru and literally waited at least a half hour for some food and then we got it the whole order was out of whack and cold, I figured everyone slips up every once in awhile but then I went back in again and stood at the counter for 10-12 mins waiting to order and not one employee acknowledged me despite walking past me and looking at me multiple times, I do not know what has happened to the place but they won't be getting another chance or money from me anytime soon.

Came in the evening yesterday. Every thing was ok besides our nuggets was little old tasting and fries was a little cold. We was wondering what happened to their women worker we always saw at the frys because it seemed like everytime for a year we ordered wail she was working at the nuggets and fries it would be so fresh that we would half to wait a little just to be able to eat. She might have been pregnant we never asked. We hope she's doing well haven't seen her in weeks we hope too see her back.They was so kind to fix our order and made them completely freash, they made us feel like family with smiles on their faces and funny jokes like that women would service is with.Our booth was very clean and the women's bathroom has been much cleaner lately

Great Chilli Served At A Very Reasonable Price.
