Used to be one my first choices in fast food in Jackson, but the past couple times that I have been there have ruined that, the first of the two was when I went thru the drive thru and literally waited at least a half hour for some food and then we got it the whole order was out of whack and cold, I figured everyone slips up every once in awhile but then I went back in again and stood at the counter for 10-12 mins waiting to order and not one employee acknowledged me despite walking past me and looking at me multiple times, I do not know what has happened to the place but they won't be getting another chance or money from me anytime soon.

Came in the evening yesterday. Every thing was ok besides our nuggets was little old tasting and fries was a little cold. We was wondering what happened to their women worker we always saw at the frys because it seemed like everytime for a year we ordered wail she was working at the nuggets and fries it would be so fresh that we would half to wait a little just to be able to eat. She might have been pregnant we never asked. We hope she's doing well haven't seen her in weeks we hope too see her back.They was so kind to fix our order and made them completely freash, they made us feel like family with smiles on their faces and funny jokes like that women would service is with.Our booth was very clean and the women's bathroom has been much cleaner lately

I just drove through pick up my dinner wow , fish was Burt fries 🍟 was cook in baking grease Burt to , just sad when you live five miles out of town thinking you going have a great meal 🥘…. No ketchup salt napk 2/4/2025 7:00 🕖 pm I hope too hear back !

I hate to be that person but when I come in at 6 pm multiple days in a row and you guys close at 1 am and every day you guys don’t have chili at 6 pm that’s an issue. As someone who used to work for the company our manager would have ripped us a new one if they knew that we stopped serving chili before 6 pm. We end up just going else where for dinner at that point.

Got large sandwiches that came out super small..pretty sure they used jr size hamburger patties. Frie boxes were only half filled. Everything was just bad!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Me and my husband went to Wendy's in Jackson Ohio for the chili. It was so hot we could not eat it.it tasted like they opened the beans and poured them in hot sauce there was no meat nothing but beans and hot sauce. The fries was cold. I was very disappointed
