Ordered online at 11am when opened. Set pick up for two pizzas at 12:15. No tables filled when I arrived and food was not ready. Waited till 12:30. Late for event because of lack of urgency or apology for the wait. Food is good but I would never order with a tight time window unless you are willing to be disappointed .

It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make a pep/chs pizza! Tuesday night, they were not busy. When I complained, they still charged me full price! They don’t care about the customers, just the money!! We won’t be back!

First time trying Michael's. We decided to try their The Works pizza and a Apple Cinnamon dessert pizza. They were both very good!! Might be my new go-to. No complaints.

The staff here are SO sweet and attentive and the food tastes phenomenal!! We always stop here for a bite to eat whenever we’re in town and always recommend it to anyone we know. The friendly atmosphere and speedy service is priceless. We’ll be back asap! Good job to upper management on your training to the staff. Tough to find a younger generation with such great work ethic. Love to see it!

I called on today. A female picked up said hello, 2x. I asked if she could hear me. She proceeded to say no and hang up. When working in customer services being rude and having attitude will push customers away. It doesn’t hurt to be polite
